It’s got everything you want – great beaches, fantastic food and interesting people. A large part of the population is under 30 years old, so it’s a young, happening place. Vietnam also has beautiful countryside, particularly in the north, where the Hmong tribes can be seen in traditional dress – it’s fascinating. There aren’t many places as amazing as Halong Bay where you can explore limestone caves that have been around for more than 1,000 years.
