In the perspective of the constructing observer, I perceive constructions, i.e. artefacts that have meaning for the interpreting observer. I see a constructively possible arrangement of construction elements. As a constructive observer I describe the construction (structure) and the functioning (process of structural change) of operationally closed systems beyond their milieu. For example, I describe how a heating system is constructed and how the signal flows within the heating system work. I am not interested in whether the heating system is located in a house or in the desert. The constructive observer perspective is cultural; withconstructions; I pursue intentions or goals. I construct automata because I want to use them in a pragmatic sense, or because I want to explain phenomena using them. |

But the constructive observer perspective is also cultural in the sense that it is based on a conscious choice of objects, which can always be seen as functional in tautological terms. In a sense, the constructive perspective defines what I can interpret.
As a constructive observer, I replace a perception that amazes me with a perception that enlightens my astonishment. .
